Spectrum Diversity, LLC, Dr. Paula C. Rodríguez Rust, owner, provides consulting, professional development services, student assemblies, and staff, parent, and student survey/climate assessment services to New Jersey schools on a wide range of topics related to bullying and bias prevention and response, diversity awareness, and intercultural competence. Spectrum Diversity, LLC, also provides training to social service professionals and community groups. “Working toward the goal of a society in which diversity is respected and celebrated, schools are safe for children, work- places are free of harassment, and all individuals are fully included.”

GLSEN, Central New Jersey Chapter, provides services, resources, and support to help schools develop school climates that are welcoming and safe for all students regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. GLSEN CNJ provides professional development, student assemblies, and support services for schools, including guidance in the establishment and support of Gay-Straight Alliances (GSAs). “GLSEN envisions a future in which every child learns to respect and accept all people, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity/expression.”

Kidsbridge Tolerance Museum, Lynne Azarchi, Director, is located on the campus of The College of New Jersey. Kidsbridge is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the celebration of human diversity, encouraging students, families and educators to understand and appreciate the strengths and opportunities that are inherent in the diverse, mosaic cultures of our community and our world. Kidsbridge provides programs that create measurable improvements in character education and life skills, including character education, conflict resolution, mediation, anti-bullying, teamwork, and leadership skills. Programs are evidence-based.

Nancy Saxton-Lopez, LCSW, DCSW, and Peter Pastras, LCSW, DCSW of Clinical Services Management, P.C. CSM was established in 1997 to provide a comprehensive range services to behavioral healthcare, including programs in mental health, substance abuse, developmental/intellectual disabilities, and social services. Based in Midland Park, New Jersey, CSM has continually expanded the scope of its operations and today provides a variety of service options to community-based, hospital, industry and governmental agencies throughout the United States.

Steered Straight, Inc. is a non-profit educational and prevention / intervention organization, committed to reaching children, teens, and young adults with a message of reality about life choices and the importance of consequential thinking so they understand that there are consequences to their actions. Steered Straight provides student assemblies, and runs and participates in programs for students including football camp, a recreational league, and educational field trips for youth.
